Case Study

Kirsty – Southampton

I have worked with AD Williams now for over 4 years. I started as a Customer Service Advisor and then wanted to further my career within AD Williams. I suggested I would like to become a Vehicle Damage Assessor, and I was extremely supported and encouraged to do this within the company.

AD Williams put me through all my training and qualifications and I was supported throughout. I am now a fully qualified VDA and I love it!

CASE STUDY

Connor – Worthing

When I started my journey at AD Williams in May 2022, I was someone just finding my feet within the motor industry.

Having set foot on site at AD Williams Worthing, I was immediately welcomed and felt right at home! I have had nothing short of full support and guidance as I’ve started my apprenticeship in vehicle damage assessing and cannot wait to grow and continue my journey.
